About Me
My name is Naveed Ahmad, a Pakistani entrepreneur based in the United Arab Emirates. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the automotive service industry, I founded Superfix Auto Centers in 2016 with a clear vision: to provide fast, reliable, and accessible car maintenance solutions across the UAE.
Before launching Superfix, I worked in the same industry for 10 years, building a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and operational challenges. Although my first entrepreneurial attempt—a manpower supply company—did not succeed, it taught me valuable lessons in resilience, leadership, and strategic planning.
Today, Superfix Auto Centers proudly operates 18 branches with more than 200 employees, offering a wide range of services including tire replacements, battery solutions, mechanical and electrical repairs, and home delivery services. Our growth is driven by a commitment to speed, transparency, and customer-first values.
My background in management training, combined with early career experiences in pharmacy and business operations, has shaped my practical leadership style—centered on respect, patience, and teamwork. I believe in empowering employees, maintaining clear communication, and constantly innovating to keep pace with the market.
I’ve spoken at industry events, participated in entrepreneurship forums, and remain actively involved in initiatives that support business growth and youth development. My goal is to grow Superfix into one of the top 10 automotive service providers in the UAE, while also giving back by helping others realize their own business dreams.
